Whether new or experienced, to succeed in F&I you need a solid foundation for selling, as well as ongoing education to stay on top of laws, regulations and compliance, policies and procedures, new technologies for selling and more! Our workshops provide product knowledge training, along with fundamental presentation and objection handling skills, non-confrontational selling and menu-selling methods. We also videotape role-playing sessions to allow our students to assess their strengths as well as the areas where they can improve.
