This workshop is designed to take the new F&I manager from the beginnings of product knowledge to presenting products in a customer friendly manner. Emphasis is on learning to overcome objections and conclude the sale. A comprehensive overview of compliance issues impacting the sales and F&I process concludes the four day workshop. Videotape role-play presentations are used to enhance presentation and objection handling exercises.
This workshop runs Mon. through Wed. from 9am to 5pm, and Thurs. from 8:30am to Noon.
